TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions undertaken with Cool Rooms UK Limited. We strongly recommend that you read these contents very carefully, so that you fully understand the contents before placing your order.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
When buying goods on the internet you are entering a legally binding contract.
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
The contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Items are sold with the full protection of the manufacturers' warranty.
Terms and conditions can change from time to time and are subject to alteration without prior notice to you. Changes can only be viewed on the website and will apply to all orders subsequently placed.
Products, product specifications and prices can also be changed without prior notice. However, in the case of any price changes, we will notify you of any variations and only proceed with the transaction once we have obtained your authority to do so.
We cannot guarantee delivery times that are specified under Delivery Information, although we will make every effort to deliver your order within the projected timescales.
We will take payment from your card once we have confirmed that the goods are available for delivery. If for any reason we take payment and goods are not available, we will inform you of this and provide a full refund as soon as this is possible. We will not be responsible for compensating any losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
It is our intention to display pricing as accurately as possible on the website. However, if we discover a pricing error on any items that you have ordered, we will advise you of this as soon as possible. You will then have the option of proceeding with the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. In the event that you decide to cancel the order and we have already accepted payment, you will receive a full refund. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
As soon as the items have been delivered to you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility ends on the date that delivery was first attempted.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition then you must inform us within 5 days. Any claims relating to damaged goods made later than 5 days after the delivery was made will be treated sympathetically, provided there is reasonable grounds for the delay in advising us.

We cannot guarantee that our website will be compatible with your PC, and accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this web
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any method specified in the Checkout process. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Payment is accepted via the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard and via the following debit cards: Switch/Maestro, Delta, and Solo. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment from Non UK issued Maestro Cards.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are in receipt of an order and you wish to return that order; you have the option of cancelling your order within 7 days and receiving a full refund. However, it must be noted that any delivery costs cannot be refunded, and you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of delivery and strictly adhere to the following conditions.
- The item(s) must not have been used in any way and the condition must be as new. The item should not have been damaged or marked while opening the container or box.
- The item must be returned using the original container, packing materials, labels and accessories undamaged.
- You must take responsibility for returning the goods and the payment of any delivery costs incurred.
We will refund you within 28 days of receipt of your cancellation notification provide that you are compliant with these conditions.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), and it is covered under product warranty, we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange of the goods provided that;
- The fault is clearly as a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials
- The fault is not the direct result of normal wear and tear or negligent actions
- We reserve the right to assess whether the fault meets the above criteria
PRIVACY
We will only hold personal information required to process your order and, from time to time, provide you with details of special offers or for customer relationship management purposes. If you do not wish your information to be used in this way we will delete your record from our database. We do not retain your credit card details nor will we provide your details to any third party.
All data recorded and stored is done so under the terms of The data protection Act of 1988.
All operating data is stored on a separated encrypted secure server.
We may undertake additional checks to help prevent potentially, fraudulent use of your credit/debit card. We may contact you to seek confirmation that the details are correct if your billing address is different from the delivery address. We would ask for your help when undertaking these additional checks.
